Terms and community rules
When you play friends in the Lotus Letters app (challenges and live matches), the other player sees the display name you pick. These rules keep those names friendly. By saving a display name, you agree to them. Lotus Letters is published by DRS Auto Group, Inc. (“we”, “us”).
Display names
Pick a name that's fine for anyone to see. Don't use a name that is:
- Offensive: swearing, crude or sexual words, or anything meant to upset people.
- Hateful: attacking or mocking people for their race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexuality, disability or any other part of who they are.
- Impersonating: pretending to be another player, a real person, or us.
What we may do
Our server turns down names that match a list of offensive words, but no list catches everything. If a name breaks these rules, we may remove it, or block the player who chose it.
Seeing a name that breaks the rules
Report it in the app: tap Report name on the results screen after a match, or ⋯ next to the player's name in the Challenge Arena. You can block them there too. They aren't told. You can also email us at support@lotusletters.app.
What we store when you report or block someone is explained in our privacy policy.
Changes and contact
If we change these rules, we'll update this page and the date above.
